Abstract

The invention discloses a communication data link health state test device, system and method of an electric vehicle charging facility. The electric vehicle charging facility comprises a charging control unit and a charging pile main control plate, wherein the charging control unit is connected with and communicates with charging pile main control plate through a CAN bus. The test device comprisesa communication simulation and fault detection unit, a CAN transceiver, a human-machine interaction unit and a power supply. The test device is accessed to the CAN bus through the CAN transceiver. Auser sends a test command signal to the communication simulation and fault detection unit through the human-machine interaction module. The communication simulation and fault detection unit selects acharging control unit detection module or a charging pile main control plate detection module to execute corresponding tests according to the test command signal, thereby obtaining test result data offault states, fault types and fault positions of a CAN communication link. The communication simulation and fault detection unit of the test device transmits the test result data to the human-machineinteraction module for outputting.
