Abstract

The invention relates to a PE (poly ethylene) ester plastic material and a preparation method thereof. The PE ester plastic material is prepared from the following various ingredients in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of PE plastic particles, 40-80 parts of waste polyurethane powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of an interface modifying agent; 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of polyethylene wax, 3-5 parts ofa fire retardant, 2-4 parts of a compatilizer and 2-4 parts of a coloring agent; the method comprises the following steps of mixing by using a mixer to extrude plastic particles at 100-150 DEG C, then extruding a mixed material, carrying out compression molding, cooling, cutting and fixing lengths. The PE ester plastic material has the beneficial effects that the recycle of waste is realized, thecurrent treatment mode that the waste polyurethane is treated through burning or burying is changed, environmental protection, energy saving and recycle of resources, which are advocated by the country, are realized, and benefit is brought to mankind.
