Abstract

The invention discloses a novel soft-switching bi-directional DC-DC converter based on LLC resonance. The typology consists of three parts: high-pressure side, low-pressure side and harmonic oscillation network. The high-voltage side adopts the structure of half-bridge voltage doubling, which is suitable for high-voltage coupling and easy to expand and cascade. Low-voltage side adopts push-pull half-bridge structure, which is suitable for low-voltage and high-current battery charging and discharging situation. Resonant network adopts a structure of adding a resonance inductor on a traditionalinductor-Inductor--capacitor LLC structure, and synchronous finishing is used to reduce the loss of the switching transistors when the high and low voltage sides are used as rectifiers respectively. The improved resonant network can realize LLC resonant soft-switching when the power flows bidirectionally.
