Anti-slip structures are arranged onthe left side wall and the right side wall of the turning clamping plate correspondingly and are anti-slip convex strips which are consequentially connected, and the convex lengths of the anti-slip convex strips are gradually increased from the upper end of the turning clamping plate to the lower end of the turning clamping plate. Anti-slip wheels are fixed to rolling rods in the length directionat equal intervals. A plurality of anti-slip grains are arranged on the surfaces of the anti-slip wheels and are distributed along the outer circumferential surfaces of the anti-slip wheels.
