Abstract

The casting technology comprises following steps: a lost foam mould is prepared based on the size of a casting, and the lost foam mould is buried in foundry sand box for moulding, wherein the foundry sand is composed of old sand, new sand, an adhesive, water, and coal dust; the foundry sand box is subjected to negative pressure treatment, and the air in the mould chamber is pumped out using a negative pressure pump; 2.2 to 2.6% of manganese, 1.3 to 1.7% of silicon, 0.6 to 1.0% of phosphor, 0.5 to 0.9% of sulfur, 2.4 to 2.8% ofchromium, 0.15 to 0.21% of titanium, 1.4 to 1.8% of boron, and the balance iron are introduced into a smelting furnace, fusion is carried out so as to obtain an alloy solution; the alloy solution isintroduced into the lost foam mould through a casting gate, natural cooling is carried out, and then the lost foam mould is opened to take an obtained casting out from the lost foam mould. In production, no foam or impurity is generated in the casting, the casting quality is excellent, the casting technology can be used for casting of complex pump body castings, complex casting failure is prevented, cost is reduced, and production efficiency is increased.
