The high-temperature-resistant and radiation-resistant hoisting frame structure comprises a supporting base and a pipeline clamp, wherein the pipeline clamp is of a structure consisting of an inner layer and an outer layer, and lined pipe clamps and a fastening pipe clamp for fixing and mounting a pipeline form the structure; two ends of the fastening pipe clamp are correspondingly fixedly connected to the supporting base through fastening parts, so that a mounting space is formed between the inner side surface of the fastening pipe clamp and the bottom surface of the supporting base; a pair of lined pipe clamps is arranged in the mounting space; and a plurality of elastic metal sheets are mounted in the peripheries of the lined pipe clamps.
