Problems solved by technology

However, because only time information is included in the modeling process, the spatial distribution characteristics of the system are not fully considered, and it does not have the ability to establish a distributed parameter system model in essence.

Embodiment Construction

[0063] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments. The following embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and cannot be used to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0064] The temperature field of the heating process is a complex distributed parameter system, and the time and space dynamics of the complex distributed parameter system include two parts: space dynamics and time dynamics. This brings greater challenges to the establishment of a distributed parameter system model, which is nonlinear. Spatial dynamics are expressed as complex correlations between spatial points, and nonlinear time dynamics are expressed as complex relationships between moments. In order to solve this problem, the present invention proposes to use spatial fuzzy membership functions and temporal fuzzy membership functions to represent non-...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spatio-temporal fuzzy modeling method applied to a distributed parameter system, which is used for modeling analysis of a temperature field in a heating process. The method comprises the following steps: selecting sample points and establishing fuzzy models of the sample points varying with time to predict the output of an unknown time in the system; the spatial fuzzy model of the distributed parameter system being established by the relation between the unknown spatial point and the sample point, and the parameters in the model being optimized to predict the output of the unknown spatial position in the system; integrating the temporal fuzzy model and the spatial fuzzy model to form a spatio-temporal fuzzy model. The invention utilizes the principle of fuzzy logic to establish a system model without establishing a mathematical model, and obtains good modeling accuracy. According to the characteristics of the distributed parameter system that the state is related to the spatial information, the spatial information is taken into account, and the modeling of the distributed parameter system is obviously improved. And has good robustness.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of industrial process modeling, and relates to a spatiotemporal fuzzy modeling method applied to a distributed parameter system. Background technique [0002] The most obvious feature of a distributed parameter system is that the input, output and parameters of the system change not only with time, but also with space, and its parameters are coupled in time and space. Distributed parameter systems are usually expressed by nonlinear partial differential equations. In most industrial manufacturing processes, such as thermal engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace, aviation, etc., the physical fields such as electromagnetic fields, temperature fields, distillation processes, and stirring reactions are all distributed parameter systems. Therefore, it is very important to establish a high-precision distributed parameter system model. [0003] The traditional method of modeling distributed parameter systems is to transform ...
