The unmanned fireboat comprises a hull, a fire fighting system, a camera system, a main control system, a dynamic positioning system, a communication system and an unmanned aerial vehicle system. A rescue plan is that the unmanned fireboat receives the location of a distressed vessel or the water edge through the communication system; a rescuer sends asignal at a remote terminal to perform the fire fighting operation; and a remote terminal device is operated to be connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle system to enable a small unmanned aerialvehicle to fly above a fire source to a safe distance and turn on a camera and a high-powered megaphone for monitoring and life-saving guiding work. The unmanned fireboat has the advantages that the unmanned fireboat can receive a distress signal in real time and arrive at a fire scene; the unmanned fireboat is further provided with an automatic fire extinguishing device, the risk of artificial fire extinguishing is greatly reduced, and the uncertainty of human operation is avoided; and the unmanned aerial vehicle system is arranged to grasp the scene of the disaster more closely, and the success rate and efficiency of disaster relief are effectively improved.
