The liquid holding structure includes an accommodating cavity. The accommodating cavity is for accommodating a liquid to-be-distilled. The photothermal conversionstructure is disposed in the liquid holding structure. The photothermal conversion structure is a multilayer spiral cone structure. The photothermal conversion structure includes a permeable base layer and a photothermal material layer with laminated arrangement with the permeable base layer. The photothermal material layer is configured to absorb light energy to heat the liquid to-be-distilled absorbed by the permeable base layer to vapor. The condensation structure is disposed in a steam flow direction for condensing the vapor into distilled water. The liquid holding structure is disposed adjacent to the condensation structure. The liquid collection structure is used to collect the distilled water.
