The system is divided into three layers according to a C4ISR system capability aggregation process, namely, a system function layer, a domain capability layer and a system capability layer. According to the historical data, the failure probability of each member system in the system function layer, the conditional probability of each functional requirement in the domain capability layer, and the conditional probability of the system capability layer to fulfill the corresponding mission task are determined, and the resilience of a member system when the system fails is calculated. According to the resilience of the system when a member system fails, the capability ranges of the key member system and the expected system are determined to guide the improvement of the anti-interference ability of the system.
