The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsionand the waterborne hydroxy acrylic emulsion, adding the deionized water and stirring; adding the enclosed isocyanate curing agent, the paraffin dispersoid and the defoaming agent and stirring; performing filtering to obtain the waterborne medical dialysis paper heat-sealing glue.
