The method comprises the following steps: preparing a bacterial solution; sieving the aeolian sand; and sequentially injecting a fixing solution, a bacterial solution and a cementing liquid from bottom to top into the sieved aeolian sand so as to obtain an aeolian sand mechanical test piece. The invention further provides a device for preparing the aeolian sand mechanical test piece based on microorganisms, and the device is used for preparing the aeolian sand mechanical test piece. Themethod provided by the invention is simple and feasible, and can be used for effectively preparing the aeolian sand mechanical test piece. Meanwhile, the method can be further used for the quantitative evaluation of the microorganism reinforced aeolian sand effect. According to the method provided by the invention, a large number of effective attachment sites can be provided for microorganisms byfirstly injecting the fixing solution in the test piece preparation process, and then respectively injecting the bacterial solution and the cementing liquid.
