Abstract

The invention discloses a method for researching influence of exogenous selenium on selenium content, glutathione peroxidase activity, and quality of tea. The method comprises the following steps of:(1) setting a concentration gradient of 6 amino acid chelated selenium liquid fertilizer in a test, choosing cloudy day for leaching after the fertilizer is mixed with water, and setting 3 repetitions, wherein the area of each plot is consistent; (2) plucking leaves with two leaves and one core after applying selenium, rinsing 3 times with distilled water, drying with filter paper, taking fresh leaves to measure antioxidant enzymes, performing the deactivation of enzymes on the remaining leaves, and then drying, and smashing and sifting to obtain tea pulverized materials; and (3) using the teapulverized materials obtained in the step 2 to determine the selenium content, glutathione peroxidase activity, tea polyphenol content, and tea polysaccharide content of the tea.
