Theprimer includes, by weight, 130-190 parts of waterborne resin, 20-60 parts of an environmentally friendly cosolvent, 5-10 parts of ferrophosphorus powder, 700-750 parts of zinc powder, 5-10 parts ofa dispersant, 1-2 parts of a defoamer, 2-3 parts of an auxiliary agent preventing flash rust and 60-80 parts of a curing agent. The objective of the invention is to provide the oil-proof highly-anticorrosion waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer for replacing the solvent based coating for a heat dissipation oil tank of a power transformation box. The cost is reduced, the dosage of solvents is greatlyreduced, the primer is free of heavy metal and is more beneficial to human body health, and indexes of the primer in aspects of salt mist resistance, adhesive force, hardness, waterproofness, solventresistance, and the like can reach those of the solvent based coating.
