Abstract

The invention discloses application of tanespimycin to preparation of an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicament. RNA-seq transcriptome analysis is performed on cells of a person suffering frombacterial infection to obtain a list of candidate medicaments with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects based on a co-expression path and a medicament gene enrichment analysis method. The listof candidate medicaments is found to include a plurality of commercially-available medicaments with the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, the tanespimycin of which the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects is not found before is in the list of candidate medicaments, and the effect of the tanespimycin is verified to be equivalent to the effects of common antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicaments metronidazole and gentamicin on the cell level, so that the tanespimycin can be applied to the preparation of the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicaments.
