Abstract

The invention discloses a dissimilar material gradient transition structure and a preparation method. The structure comprises a first matrix material region, a second matrix material region and a micro-configuration gradient region, wherein the micro-configuration gradient region is composed of a gradient configuration of a first matrix material, a gradient configuration of a second matrix material, and a dissimilar material connection interface layer; the gradient configuration of the first matrix material is grown on the first matrix material region; the dissimilar material connection interface layer is deposited on the surface of the gradient configuration; the gradient configuration of the second matrix material is grown on the dissimilar material connection interface layer; and the second matrix material region is grown on the gradient configuration of the second matrix material. The invention has the advantages that the characteristic of continuous linear controllable transitionof material specific gravity in the structure is achieved, the dissimilar material connection interface layer has an area much larger than that of a welding connection interface, the weight is reduced, and the performance is improved.
