The system comprises a first-stage protector when the mains supply enters a base station device; the first-stage protector comprises a backup protector and a lightning arrester arranged between a mains supply input phase line L and a zero line N; the phase line is serially connectedwith electromagnetic lightning current suppressing devices and is then connected with the power supply end of the device, through multichannel staged isolation and a lightning electromagnetic surge suppressing joint grounding system, the lightning arrester generates transient overvoltage on the same grounding bar in the case of discharging lightning current, and when damages are possibly caused to a device with low working voltage and a part sensitive to lightning, the purpose of realizing best protection on the part with low working voltage and sensitive to lightning is achieved. In a condition of ensuring safety operation of a mobile communication system, the system provided in the invention can be used for efficiently suppressing strong lightning surge for the base station, preventinggrounding short circuit accidents, preventing burning of the lightning arrester and performing multichannel isolation and grounding protection device selection.
