With the traditional three-neck flask (3) being a mold basis, a working electrode resisting to liquid surface fluctuation caused by gas injection is designed based on the principle of floating, and the mold is simple in structure and capable of being operated at normal voltage to prevent the electrolyte from leaking under high voltage.
