The movable foldable type wave power device comprises a point absorption type buoy, a cylinder body, a foldable wing surface, an anchorage structure, an energy conversion unit, a motion state sensing module, a control unit, a piston and a piston rod; the two ends of the piston rod are fixedly connected with the point absorption type buoy and the piston respectively; the piston is in sliding fit with the cylinder body; the cylinder body and the foldable wing surface are connected through the anchorage structure; the anchorage structure is used for controlling the foldable wing surface to be folded or unfolded, and when the foldable wing surface is unfolded at a set depth underwater, flexible anchoring of the power device isachieved; and the energy conversion unit, the motion state sensing module and the control unit are all fixed inside the cylinder body, wherein the motion state sensing module is used for sensing relative motion information of the piston and the cylinder body and transmitting the information to the control unit, and the control unit is used for starting the energy conversion unit to convert relative motion of the piston and the cylinder body into electric energy after receiving the information.
