Non-woven fabric is laid on the inner surface of the sprayed concrete, a steel corrugated plate is laid on the inner surface ofthe non-woven fabric, and outer side wave crests are tightly attached to the non-woven fabric. Annular drainage blind pipes are laid on an arch crown and an arch wall in the annular direction of a tunnel and embedded between troughs on the outer side of the steel corrugated plate and the non-woven fabric. Longitudinal drainage blind pipes are arranged between the steel corrugated plate and the non-woven fabric in the longitudinal depth direction of the tunnel and are connected with the end parts of the annular drainage blind pipes. One end of a transverse drainage blind pipe penetrates throughthe steel corrugated plate to be connected with the longitudinal drainage blind pipe, and the other end leads to a drainage ditch at an arch foot. Secondary lining is constructed on the inner side ofthe steel corrugated plate.
