Embodiment Construction

[0024] The method for extracting hydrocarbons in oil shale in situ downhole comprises the following sequence and steps:

[0025] a. Drill heating well 1 and production well 2 in the delineated oil shale mining area;

[0026] b. Fracturing the oil shale layer 3 between the heater well 1 and the production well 2 to improve the permeability and connectivity of the oil shale layer;

[0027] c. Pumping water in the well, lowering the heater 10 to the oil shale layer 3 through the first pipe string 8 . The first packer 9 and the second packer 11 are lowered into the well to the top of the oil shale layer, and the first blowout preventer 7 and the second blowout preventer 13 are installed.

[0028] d. Adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve 5 to 0.5 MPa, open the first valve 6, the second valve 14 and the third valve 15, close the fourth valve 17, and the carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide storage tank 4 enters the oil through the first column 8 In the shale layer, th...

Abstract

A method for in-situ extraction of hydrocarbon compounds in oil shale through downhole heating comprises the steps of drilling at least one heating well and at least one production well in a defined oil shale exploitation area, fracturing an oil shale layer between the heating well and the production well, pumping water in the wells, and lowering a downhole heater to the oil shale layer; and injecting carbon dioxide with certain pressure into the wells, and exhausting underground air. Carbon dioxide is injected through the heating well, the injected carbon dioxide is heated through the underground heater to reach a supercritical environment, heat preservation is carried out for a certain time, kerogen in the oil shale is cracked into small molecular asphalt under the action of the supercritical carbon dioxide, an oil-water-gas mixture is lifted to the ground through the production well, and hydrocarbon compounds are obtained after separation through an oil-water-gas separation system.According to the method, organic matter in the oil shale can be effectively cracked and extracted through supercritical carbon dioxide, and energy loss caused when a high-temperature fluid medium passes through a pipe column is avoided through underground heating.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting hydrocarbon compounds in oil shale by downhole heating in situ, specifically a technique for in situ cracking and extracting hydrocarbon compounds in shale oil using supercritical carbon dioxide heated by downhole heaters as a medium . technical background [0002] Oil shale, also known as kerogen shale, is a sedimentary rock containing solid organic matter within its mineral framework. Organic matter is mainly kerogen. Oil shale is a solid fossil fuel with abundant reserves. my country's oil shale reserves are about 719.9 billion tons, which is about 47.6 billion tons of oil shale oil, which is about 1.5 times the total amount of conventional oil resources in my country. With the depletion of oil resources, the development and utilization of oil shale is particularly necessary and urgent. At present, the development and utilization technology of oil shale at home and abroad is mainly the above-ground...
