Abstract

The rolling and drying combined mechanism comprises multiple rolling mechanism and multiple electric heating drying mechanisms alternately arranged in the advancing direction of impermeable papers to be machined; the rolling mechanisms are as many as the electric heating drying mechanisms; the electric heating drying mechanisms are provided with drying surfaces for supporting and drying the impermeable papers; and the drying surfaces and the top ends of lower pressing rollers are positioned on the same horizontal plane. The invention further discloses a drying and flattening method of the rolling and drying combined mechanism; and firstly, the impermeable papers are fed in, and then, are driven to move forwards for constant-temperature drying according to a constant-temperature control method. The impermeable papers can be efficiently dried and flattened; and the drying and flattening effect is better. The constant-temperature control method can guarantee the temperature fluctuation range in a needed precision range; and electric heating films and afterheat in a whole mounting tank are used in the control process, sothat the energy consumption is reduced.
