Abstract

The invention provides a method and system for determining the gas injection rate of heavy oil exploitation. The method includes the steps of utilizing the flowing pressure drop of heavy oil under different viscosities, moisture contents and gas-liquid ratios and using a preset vertical shaft pressure drop model in order to determine the relationship among the viscosity, the water content, the gas-liquid ratio and the flowing pressure drop, obtaining the content of different moisture contents, section gas contents, pressure gradient change rules and other aspects of oil-gas-water phase flow, and accurately determining the gas injection rate of multi-phase flow heavy oil by considering the influences of different proportions of three phases, gradually decreased pressure along a vertical shaft, the frequently variable flowing form, phase distribution and pressure drop of an oil-gas-water phase mixture along a pipeline, the shear thinning effect of the heavy oil at a high flow speed, andthe phase distribution state of gas in crude oil different in viscosity. The method and the system are suitable for actual on-site application, are used for guiding gas injection for heavy oil exploitation and have a high value in engineering application and scientific research.
