Embodiment 1

[0031] This embodiment describes the hardware circuit welding method, using the NHS3100 chip, and the specific steps are as follows:

[0032] 1) Find out the two ends of the coil and confirm the pins of the chip antenna;

[0033] 2) Fix the two ends of the antenna with solder on the corresponding pins of the chip, use a heat gun to heat until the solder melts, soak all the pins with flux to clean the solder, and suck off the excess solder where needed.

[0034] 3) Flatten the chip and antenna to the same plane;

Embodiment 2

[0036] 1) Fully melt the PI material and place it in a wide-mouth glass bottle;

[0037] 2) Place the circuit structure prepared in Example 1 in the solution, fully infiltrate it, and take it out;

[0038] 3) Suspension heating, draining until the thickness of the surface PI layer is less than 0.5 mm, and cooling on the glass substrate;

[0039] 4) According to the structure of the hardware circuit layer, draw the same shape on the glass substrate, cover the rest with scotch tape and stick it firmly, then put it in a beaker, add dilute hydrochloric acid and zinc particles, repeat it many times, and etch a depth of 1 to 1.5 groove between millimeters;

[0040] 5) Use 3D to print out PDMS fibers and fill the grooves;

[0041] 6) Inject medical electrode glue at the white spot shown in the attached drawing, partly immersed in the fiber layer, partly exposed, and the exposed part is flattened;

[0042] 7) Heating the PI material to a molten state again, and pressing it on the P...

Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a passive wireless flexible hollow body temperature monitoring patch. The method provided by the invention comprises the steps that a chip is directlyconnected with an antenna to construct a body temperature patch hardware circuit; a double-layer hollow body temperature patch is designed according to the shape of the hardware circuit; the upper layer adopts waterproof package; and the design of the lower layer adopts a breathable microstructure. According to the invention, comfort of the patch used for a long time is realized; the foreign bodysensation is reduced; the air permeability is improved; sweating caused by the use of the patch is prevented; in addition, the patch provided by the invention is free of a power supply, can acquire energy through a radio frequency field, and thus can be used continuously for a long time; the problems of short endurance of the existing body temperature patch and resource waste caused by one-timeuse are solved; at the same time, the patch is packaged in a flexible material; the thickness is 2 to 3mm; and the patch can be stretched and bent within a certain range, and can be in conformal contact with the skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical body temperature measurement, in particular to a method for manufacturing a passive wireless flexible body temperature patch. Background technique [0002] According to the theory of evolution, warm-blooded animals evolved from cold-blooded animals. The body temperature of cold-blooded animals will change with the temperature of the environment. They need to bask in the sun to increase their body temperature and keep their bodies flexible. Warm-blooded animals can regulate their body temperature by themselves, and keep their body temperature in a relatively constant range by controlling heat production and heat dissipation, so they are also called warm-blooded animals. This is of great significance in the history of evolution, because warm-blooded animals have a longer activity time and a wider activity space than cold-blooded animals. However, once the body temperature of warm-blooded animals fl...
