Abstract

The invention discloses a cardiopulmonary resuscitation integrated device and method performing electrocardio rhythm identification during artificial ventilation interphase. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation integrated device comprises a main machine, wherein the main machine is separately connected with a chest compression assembly and an automatic external defibrillation instrument. The main machine is connected with the chest compression assembly and the automatic external defibrillation instrument through a connecting line; and the automatic external defibrillation instrument is connectedwith two electrode plates and the two electrode plates are used for being stuck to a human body during defibrillation. The method comprises the following steps of the first step: judging whether the chest compression assembly achieves the artificial ventilation interphase or not, and if yes, controlling the automatic external defibrillation instrument to start electrocardiosignal analysis by a central processing module; the second step: removing respiratory interference by a respiratory interference restrain algorithm; and the third step: judging whether the electrocardiosignal is defibrillation rhythm by a short time electrocardio rhythm identification algorithm. The device and method have the advantages that automatic chest expression, auxiliary respiration and electric defibrillation integrated operation can be realized, the artificial ventilation interphase is used for electrocardio rhythm identification, and the condition that suspended chest compression caused by judgment of electrocardiosignal can be avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a cardiopulmonary resuscitation device and method, in particular to an integrated cardiopulmonary resuscitation device and method for identifying electrocardiographic rhythms during artificial ventilation intervals. Background technique [0002] According to statistics, there are 36 to 128 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests for every 100,000 people in the world. However, only a very small number of patients can survive resuscitation, and the survival rate of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests is far less than 1%. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the key rescue measure for critically ill patients whose breathing and heartbeat have stopped. [0003] Traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation mainly includes: chest compressions, artificial ventilation and electrical defibrillation. The key links are uninterrupted, high-quality chest compressions and timely and accurate early defibrillation. According to the traditional method, in...
