Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine and relates to exosome piRNA (piwi-interacting RNA) biomarkers for stem cells from apical papilla and screening application thereof. The corresponding biomarkers are shown as SEQ ID No. 1 to 21. During screening, piRNA sequencing data of exosomes in the SCAP (stem cells from apical papilla) and BMMSCs (bone marrow derived mesenchymal stemcells) are acquired specifically at the premise of identifying the presence of piRNA in the exosomes of the SCAP and BMMSCs, and piRNAs under differential expression is recorded, including 15 up-regulation piRNAs and 6 down-regulation piRNAs, namely the biomarkers. An evaluation method herein is subjected to comparative analysis with existing research results in combination with bibliometrics, which is important to the research on the biological functions and features of the stem cells from apical papilla and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells.
