Abstract

The invention provides a single-phase power electronic transformer topology structure and a control method thereof. The topology structure comprises an input-stage circuit, an isolation-stage circuitand an output-stage circuit which are sequentially connected, wherein the input-stage circuit comprises an H-bridge circuit working in a power frequency switching state, the isolation-stage circuit comprises a bidirectional DC-DC converter, power is transmitted by LC series resonance, meanwhile, zero-current shutoff of a switch is achieved, the switch loss is reduced, the output-stage circuit is of an H-bridge circuit structure, and the adjustment of voltage amplitude of an output end is achieved by switch inversion. In the single-phase power electronic transformer topology structure, no intermediate energy storage link is involved, a DC bus capacitor employs small-capacitance thin film capacitor, the volume of the whole system can be reduced, the reliability of the system is improved, andbidirectional flowing of the power can be achieved.
