The method comprises the following steps: crushed bamboo battens are selected, and are spread on the ground to form a cushion with a thickness of 10 cm or above, and the crushed bamboo battens are stacked at the middle portion of the cushion to from a tapered structure; the straws, poultry manure, camphor tree barks and shellfish shells are sequentially stacked on the cushion around the tapered structure from the lowest layer to the top, and the surface of the straws, poultry manure, camphor tree barks and shellfish shells is uniformly wrapped with the tea oil residues; andwatering is carried out from the top layer after composting is completed, wherein the weight of water is 50-70% of the total mass of the raw materials.
