Problems solved by technology

[0005] At present, there are two kinds of activated sludge methods used by major sewage treatment companies. One is to directly culture bacteria in water bodies in sections. Oxygenation in the water body culture section, but due to the fluidity of the water body, this kind of culture consumes a lot of oxygen and bacteria, and the cost is quite high
The other is to extract the sludge and transport the sludge to the culture tank for cultivation with oxygen and nutrients. This kind of cultivation has no selectivity for bacteria. Effective bacteria and invalid bacteria will be cultivated in equal amounts. After cultivation, they will be discharged into the water body. , this kind of culture is also cultivated due to invalid bacteria, which also leads to high cost, and the sewage degradation effect is greatly reduced due to the existence of a large number of invalid bacteria

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The technology will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0023] According to the method of the technology for optimizing the expansion of the original flora of the sludge to treat the sewage, the steps of the method are as follows:

[0024] a. Extract the silt at the bottom of the river bed and perform sand removal treatment. The silt in the river bed contains a large number of native bacteria, including effective bacteria and invalid bacteria that decompose organic matter in sewage;

[0025] b. A large amount of nutrients are added to the mud water obtained from a, which contains a large amount of protobacteria. The nutrients include carbon source nutrients and nitrogen source nutrients, and a large number of effective and ineffective protobacteria are cultivated;

[0026] c. Add additional effective strains to the large amount of native bacterial slurry obtained in b, break the balance of effective bacteria and invalid bacteria, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating sewage by optimization and propagation of primary flora of sludge. The method comprises the following steps: (a) extracting sludge at the bottom of a river bed of a water body and carrying out sand removal treatment; (b) adding nutrients to slurry water obtained from the step (a) and containing a large amount of primary strains for mass culture; (c) additionally adding effective flora for decomposing organic matters of the sewage into a primary bacterial slurry to make effective bacteria in a dominant state, inhibiting the propagation of ineffective bacteria, and conducting fermentation treatment on the slurry; (d) carrying out oxygenation culture on the slurry containing a large amount of effective flora and obtained in the step (c); (e) discharging the slurry containing a large amount of effective bacteria into the upstream of the water body, conducting oxygenation on a section of water body between a discharging port and a sludge extraction position, and degrading and converting organic pollutants in the water into harmless substances by the effective flora; (f) making activated sludge in the slurry precipitate at the sludge extraction position to become inoculated sludge, and re-extracting the inoculated sludge for effective bacterial culture to form a circulating primary bacterial culture system.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention relates to a method for optimally expanding and cultivating the original sludge flora to treat sewage. [0003] Background technique: [0004] The biological method of sewage treatment is to use the metabolic function of microorganisms to degrade the dissolved and colloidal organic pollutants in the sewage and convert them into harmless substances, so that the sewage can be purified. The activated sludge method is a widely used biological treatment method. The air is continuously blown into the sewage in the aeration tank. After a period of time, the flocs containing a large number of aerobic microorganisms-activated sludge are formed in the water. Due to Activated sludge has a huge specific surface area, which can absorb organic matter in sewage; at the same time, active microorganisms in activated sludge use organic matter as food, gain energy and continue to grow and proliferate, so they can remove organic matter and purify sewa...
