Abstract

The invention discloses an edible composition for preventing and treating Parkinson disease. The edible composition is prepared from the following raw materials: 1.5-2.5g of rhizoma gastrodiae, 1.5-2.5g of radix ophiopogonis, 80-100mg of phosphatidylserine, 150-200mg of dimethyl amino ethanol (DMAE), 1.1-1.23mg of vitamin B1, 1.23-1.4mg of vitamin B2, 1.25-1.4mg of vitamin B6, 1.87-2.5mu g of vitamin B12, 187-200mu g of folic acid, 3-6mg of pantothenic acid, 0.25-0.3g of ginsenoside, 0.5-1g of pulp of fructus mume and 10-15g of maltodextrin.
