Abstract

The invention discloses a composite insulator nondestructive testing device and method based on Lambert beer law. The device comprises a deuterium lamp, a diaphragm, a light splitting groove, an interferometer, a sample and a photomultiplier tube; wherein the deuterium lamp is used for generating an ultraviolet light beam; the diaphragm, the light splitting groove, the interferometer, the sample and the photomultiplier tube are sequentially arranged on an irradiation path of the ultraviolet light beam. Based on the Lambert-Beer law, Si-O-Si and Si-CH<3> groups in the composite insulator material are utilized to absorb ultraviolet light, then electron energy level transition in the groups is carried out to generate different absorption spectrums, and the aging degree of the composite insulator is judged according to the absorption spectrums. The composite insulator nondestructive testing device and method based on Lambert beer law solves the problem that the structure of the insulator needs to be damaged in the prior relevant test, realizes the nondestructive test of the composite insulator, provides a new detection method and has great practical application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of insulator detection, and in particular relates to a nondestructive detection device and a detection method of a composite insulator. Background technique [0002] With the development of UHV and other power transmission projects in my country, a large number of composite insulators need to be connected to the grid for operation in high-altitude environments. In high-altitude areas, the intensity of ultraviolet radiation is high, and the total amount of radiation is much higher than other areas. As the main raw material of composite insulators, high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is an organic polymer material, which will accelerate aging in the face of strong ultraviolet radiation. After aging, it will cause the decline of mechanical and electrical properties of composite insulators, and even cause flashover and string drop. Such major accidents seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of ...
