Abstract

The invention provides a PT-type polymer dissolving and adding device which comprises a drug dissolving mechanism, a drug adding mechanism and a water supply system. The medicine dissolving mechanismcomprises a tank body, stirrers and a cyclone primary dissolving bucket. The tank body is divided into three tank cavities from left to right, namely a prefabricating mixing tank, a homogeneous curingtank and a liquid medicine storage tank. The stirrers are respectively arranged in the three tank cavities. The cyclone primary dissolve bucket is arranged at that top of the prefabricating mixing tank and is communicated with the prefabricating mixing tank. The drug adding mechanism includes a dry adding machine and a screw conveyor. The dry adding machine is connected with the cyclone primary dissolving bucket through the screw conveyor. The water supply system comprises an electromagnetic valve, a water inlet pipe, a filter, a pressure gauge and a rotameter. The electromagnetic valve is connected with the water inlet pipe. The filter is arranged on the water inlet pipe. The pressure gauge and the rotameter are installed on the filter. The PT-type polymer dissolving and adding device adopts a three-tank integrated dissolving tank, a prepared liquid medicine meets the requirements of homogenization, aging and activity, and efficient, continuous and stable dissolving and adding of medicaments such as Pt-type polymers can be achieved.
