Abstract

The method for manufacturing the iron-indium annular composite microcrystal turntable comprises the following steps: carrying out fine grinding or polishing processing, oil and rust removing, cleaning and drying on a corresponding surface of a turntable component, immediately covering the surface by a layer of a flat and clean thin indium layer material of which the indium content is not less than 85% in a dry and clean air environment, and covering the thin indium layer material by a layer of a flat and clean thin layer material of which the iron content is not less than 85%; enabling two ultrasonic emitters to align to the surface of the component in corresponding angles and positions without direct contact, connecting a power supply, and enabling the ultrasonic emitters to work normally; lighting the surface of the component with large-power laser beams within 5 seconds; carrying out rapid cooling, wherein a surface material layer is formed on the surface of the component to form an annular composite microcrystal, and gaps greater than 10nm are formed among different annular composite microcrystals; and integrating component surface material layers and a substrate material, and removing surface material layers adhered to holes.
