The method comprises the following steps of reading spatial information of each grating of a grating array sensing optical fiber in an online production process; linearly converting the read spatial information into time domain information and drawing reflection spectra of all the gratings; according to a reflectance spectrum, calculating indexes of all grating spectra, including reflectivity, wavelength consistency, a 3dB line width, and a side mode suppression ratio; determining according to the calculated indexes, when any setting index can not be satisfied, emitting a control signal and notifying grating array optical fiber production equipment to carry out parameter adjustment; and if multiple continuous spectra are unable to satisfy the set index, emitting an alarm signal and forcibly turning off the grating array optical fiber production equipment .
