Abstract

The device comprises a piezoelectric film, an interdigital electrode on the film and a flexible phononic crystal patch, the interdigital electrodes are located on the two sides of the thin film, the flexible photonic crystal patch is located in the middle of the thin film, and the flexible photonic crystal patch adopts a function relationship among a two-dimensional photonic crystal, the hardness of matrix PDMS and a photonic crystal band gap arranged under a two-dimensional periodic structure, so that the purpose of manually controlling the photonic crystal band gap is quantitatively achieved; and the band gap of the surface acoustic wave device is adjusted by changing the band gap of the photonic crystal.
