Abstract

The invention discloses a grading design method of thermally recycled asphalt mixture based on orthogonal design. The method comprises the following steps: designing an orthogonal test, and fitting agrading curve closest to a real condition according to a result, thereby performing grading design; and providing a rapid and prepared design method for the design and construction of a thermally recycled pavement, thereby improving the quality of the thermally recycled asphalt pavement. The grading design method disclosed by the invention has a certain guiding significance for the large-scale overhauling work of the pavement. The grading dissociation problem caused by the conditions that the dispersion degree of the RAP cannot be directly defined and the different particle sizes have different dispersion degrees in the thermal mixing process can be reduced. Through the optimal horizontal combination of each gear of dispersion coefficient determined through the orthogonal design, the RAP after dissociation correction can be furthest close to the real dispersion state in the RAP mixing process. The construction efficiency and quality of the thermally recycled pavement are improved, theimprovement of the construction efficiency and the quality promotes the consumption of the RAP, and the design method conforms to the national and global sustainable development subject.
