Abstract

The invention discloses a cell washing container, and a method and system for cell collecting and washing. The method includes pretreatment. A filter membrane is disposed in the cell washing containerand divides the inner cavity of the container into an upper cavity and a lower cavity. Negative pressure devices form negative pressure in the upper cavity to allow a cell suspension to be washed tobe in the upper cavity; liquid in the upper cavity is subjected to suction filtration to enter the lower cavity; normal saline is added into the upper cavity to resuspend cells; the abovementioned steps are repeated by a plurality of times until liquid meets a standard; a pre-cold cell preservation fluid is quantificationally added into the upper cavity and the cells are resuspended to complete cell washing. The system for cell collecting and washing includes the cell washing container, a normal saline container, a cell suspension container, an air filter, the first negative pressure device and the second negative pressure device. Beneficial effects are that: a manner combining negative pressure suction and the filter membrane is adopted to replace the cell suspension to finish cell enrichment and washing, the washing speed is high, and the efficiency of enrichment and washing is higher than that of traditional centrifugation and natural sedimentation manners and cell damage is lower.
