Abstract

The invention discloses a valve body separation alarm system for a non-magnetic temperature control valve and a control method thereof. The system structurally comprises a temperature control valve, an executor and a non-magnetic signal sensor. The non-magnetic signal sensor comprises an LC oscillating circuit, and each of the two ends of a capacitor are electrically connected to a comparator or acharging input end, separately; the executor comprises a controller which charges the non-magnetic signal sensor through a control circuit and makes the non-magnetic signal sensor oscillate; and remote transfer equipment is connected to a control platform server through a wireless network. A combining or separating state of the temperature control valve body and the executer is sensed by means ofa non-magnetic signal sensing technology. When the separating state is generated, the separating state is indicated by a state indicator lamp of the executor. Meanwhile, the separating state is sentto the control platform server through the remote transfer equipment. A heat supply unit detects separation of the valve body through the platform server for timely disposal, so that normal operationof an integrated temperature control system is guaranteed. The heat supply process is monitored, regulated and controlled.
