Problems solved by technology

[0002] Medical dressings currently on the market mainly include traditional dressings, natural dressings, synthetic dressings, medicinal dressings, and tissue engineering dressings. Although these dressings have relatively complete functions, they usually need to be uncovered to observe the wound. The degree of healing, taking it out may allow bacteria to enter the wound and cause infection to the wound
[0003] Acid-induced color-changing textile is a new type of material. At present, there are few studies on acid-induced color-changing fabrics in the market, and it is in its infancy. It is aimed at the preparation process of textiles involving acid-induced color change and pH value color change, and how to obtain color-changing fabrics at the same time. Has a good antibacterial effect, is still in the process of exploration and solution, and cannot solve this technical problem in actual production

Abstract

The invention discloses a pH (potential of hydrogen) value photochromic antibacterial fabric and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps: blending combed cotton and silver fibers according to the blending ratio of (92-96):(4-8) to form silver cotton yarns; weaving the silver cotton yarns to form a fabric; pretreating the fabric, drying the fabric by alizarin dye solution or curcumin dye solution and dipping the fabric in pH buffer solution to obtain the pH value photochromic antibacterial fabric. The pH value photochromic antibacterial fabric can determine wound healing degree by observing color change without uncovering a dressing, and injury to a wound is less. Silver components of the fabric exist in a physical elementary substance form, the fabric has better oxidation resistance, and silver ion activity is persistently released, so that persistent antibacterial performances are achieved.
