The device is provided with a first air pressure region and a second air pressure region, wherein the second air pressure region is lower than the first air pressure region, the device comprises a heating and desorption device, a vacuum interface assembly and a soft ionization source, the heating and desorption device is arranged at the first air pressure region and is used for bearing a sample and heating the sample so that a to-be-analyzed substance in the sample is desorbed from the sample under a heating effect and then enters the first air pressure region, the vacuum interface assembly is connected with the first air pressure region and the second air pressure region and is used for allowing the to-be-analyzed substance to enter from the first air pressure region to the second air pressure region under driving of airflow, and the soft ionization source is used for converting gas molecule of the second air pressure region to active gas molecule so that the to-be-analyzed substance entering the second air pressure region acts with the active gas molecule and then soft ionization is achieved.
