The adsorption type compressorcomprises a compressor cavity arranged in a shell, wherein a physical adsorption material is filled in the cavity and is provided with a heating wire, the tail end of the cavity is in communication with one end of a gas pipeline penetrating through the shell through a filter, the part of the gas pipeline protruding out of the shell is wrapped by a rear cooler, and a heat insulation layer is arranged between the inner side of the shell and the outer side of the compressor cavity; and a semiconductor refrigerator used for cooling the physical adsorption material is wrapped on the outer side ofthe shell. The low-temperature throttling refrigerating machine comprises the adsorption type compressor, wherein the tail end of the gas pipeline of the compressor is connected with an evaporator through a high-pressure side pipeline and a low-pressure side pipeline which are connected in parallel, and buffer tanks are arranged on the high-pressure side pipeline and the low-pressure side pipelinecorrespondingly.
