Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for treating printing and dyeing wastewater. The method includes the following steps: a) sending the wastewater to an ultrafiltration membrane system for filtration; b) allowing the wastewater filtered by the ultrafiltration membrane system to flow into a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system for filtration; c) allowing the wastewater to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane system to obtain reusable water, sending concentrated water produced by filtration of the reverse osmosis membrane system to an over-frequency vibration RO system for concentration; and d) allowing the water filtered by the over-frequency vibration RO system to flow back into the reverse osmosis membrane system for reprocessing, and evaporating concentrated water generated from the over-frequency vibration RO system by an evaporation device. The method removes turbidity, suspended solids and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the wastewater through the ultrafiltration membrane system, and filters the wastewater through the reverse osmosis membrane system and the over-frequency vibration RO system. The method of the invention can treat printing and dyeing wastewater into reusable water, thereby achieving water recycling.
