The method comprises the following steps: normalizing acquired two-dimensional face and tongue images, and performing 3D face recognition preprocessing, self-organizing mapping and k-nearest neighbor operation on the acquired three-dimensional face images; extracting color features and texture features of the processed two-dimensional image and geometrical features of three-dimensional data; fusing the features and reducing dimensions; and adopting a DAG-SVM multi-class classification model to obtain corresponding physique classes. The characteristics of the two-dimensional data and the characteristics of the three-dimensional data are combined, multi-angle scale information can be collected in diagnosis of some diseases, the accuracy of physique classification is improved, and therefore the accuracy of disease diagnosis is improved.
