Abstract

The invention discloses a processing technology for naphthenic oil. According to the invention, naphthenic distillate oil is used as a raw material; a two-stage tandem hydrogenation process of hydrotreatment-isodewaxing-deep finishing is adopted for producing special naphthenic oil; an effluent of a hydrotreatment reaction enters an isodewaxing-deep finishing reaction zone after steam stripping; and an obtained effluent of finishing is separated and fractionated to obtain special oil products of different kinds. The technology is simple in process flow, wide in raw material adaptability, and especially applicable to the process of producing special oil products with good stability through hydrogenation of naphthenic raw materials.
