Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time simulation method for an aero-engine control system, belonging to the technical field of simulation applications of aero-engine control systems. The method comprises the steps of first building an aero-engine control system model to achieve pure digital simulation of the control system; second, splitting a controller portion and an engine model portion in the control system, and converting a control algorithm and a model into real-time applications through automatic code generation technology and model packaging technology to run in a real-time system, thusforming a controller simulator and a model simulator; third, completing communication connection between the controller simulator and the model simulator through a reflective memory to realize real-time simulation of an engine control loop, and uploading, by the engine simulator and the controller simulator, running results thereof to respective monitoring upper computers; and finally, observing,by a tester, real-time simulation effects by monitoring the upper computers, and directly adjusting parameters of a controller on line according to the performance indicators of the control system, until the system meets the performance indicator requirements.
