The purpose of the invention is to provide an ultrasonic measurement simulation test device for the thickness of a cylinder oil film in the working process of a diesel engine. A motor is connected with a crankshaft through a shaft coupling. A top dead center sensor and a position sensor are installed on the crankshaft. One end of an oiling system is connected with a display and controller. The other end of the oiling system valve communicates with a combustion chamber above a piston via a one-way valve. The combustion chamber is provided therein with a heater connected with the display and controller. The outer wall of a cylinder liner is provided with a transducer. The transducer is connected with a multiplexing switch. The multiplexing switch is successively connected with a signal amplifier, a pulse generator / receiver, a data acquisition unit, and the display and controller. A temperature sensor and a pressure sensor are installed in the cylinder liner over the combustion chamber. The temperature sensor, the pressure sensor, the top dead center sensor and the position sensor are connected to the data acquisition unit. The ultrasonic measurement simulation test device can not only measure the change of the oil film during the movement of the cylinder piston, but also can simulate the movement process of the diesel engine so as to realize a ultrasonic measurement simulation test of the thickness of the cylinder oil film in the working process of the diesel engine.

The analog switch is respectively connected with an AC (Alternating Current) standard power supply and a power distribution terminal, wherein the AC standard power supply is used for outputting alternating current, and the alternating current comprises working current and fault current; the power distribution terminal is used for sampling alternating current and sending remote-control signals, and the remote-control signals comprise remote-control switch-on signals and remote-control switch-out signals; the analog switch is used for receiving the remote-control signals and controls the switching of the alternating current according to sampling results of the alternating current and the remote-control signals.
