Abstract

The invention discloses a DPF temperature control system and a control method. The DPF temperature control system and comprises a DOC target temperature calculation module, a change rate limiter, a feedforward controller, a PID controller, a PWM calculation module and a compensation module, wherein the DOC target temperature calculation module calculates to obtain a DOC target temperature DOCT-target, the change rate limiter calculates a DOC temperature command value, the PID controller calculates a PID control value, and the feedforward controller calculates a feedforward control value; and the PWM calculation module calculates according to a calculated value which is obtained by multiplying the PID control value by a mass flow rate value of tail gas, and then adding the product with thefeedforward control value, and a supply pressure value of a hydrocarbon to obtain a PWM instruction, and the compensation module calculates a PWM duty ratio according to the PWM instruction and a degradation factor value DF. The temperature control system adopted by a tail gas treatment system is capable of compensating the measurement errors of the DOC and the DPF temperature control system, andcorrecting the temperature control performance of the system.
