The circuit and the method are advantaged in that large-current equalization can be carried out on the batteries at any time, so all single batteries inthe battery pack both can be charged to the highest voltage and discharged to the lowest voltage, the capacity and the utilization rate of the battery pack are fully improved, and simplicity and highefficiency of the system are kept.
