Problems solved by technology

[0006] When running the SAR real-time imaging system on the FPGA, in the process of transposing a large amount of data using the conventional transposition method, due to the problem of low reading efficiency caused by the row activation active signal of the DDR, at the same time, in order to convert the matrix Verify the correctness of the post-positioned results, and introduce a 64-bit check digit

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but the following embodiments in no way limit the present invention.

[0021] A kind of DDR-based high-efficiency matrix transposition processing method proposed by the present invention uses the IP core of DDR3SDRAM, and a write RAM and a read RAM are matched for the IP core; the matrix to be transposed is a single data 64bit 128*128 Matrix, the matrix to be transposed is divided into 128 small matrices of 8*16, that is, the data of each row constitutes a small matrix; during the write operation, 16 data are written for every active signal; during the read operation, every One active signal reads 8*16 data; when reading, the address is regulated by the controller, and read in the DDR according to the rules of the same row and data cycle skipping, so as to reduce the occurrence of row active signals as much as possible.

Abstract

The invention discloses a DDR-based high-efficiency matrix transposition processing method. The method comprises the following steps of matching a write RAM and a read RAM with an IP core of a DDR3 SDRAM; wherein a to-be-transposed matrix is a 128 * 128 matrix with 64 bits of single data, and data of each row of the to-be-transposed matrix is taken as a small matrix; writing 16 data in each activesignal in the writing operation process; reading 8 * 16 pieces of data by each active signal in the reading operation process; and performing reading in DDR according to a same inter-row and data cyclic skip rule, so that the occurrence of row active signals is reduced as much as possible. According to the invention, the problem that the overall processing rate of the system is reduced due to the jump access of the DDR SDRAM in large-order matrix transposition is solved. By the matrix partitioning technology, on the basis that the writing rate is reduced to a small extent, the reading rate is greatly increased, the DDR reading and writing rate is balanced when a matrix is transposed, and therefore the average DDR reading and writing efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of data transposition in radar imaging technology, and relates to a processing method for fast transposition of relatively large amount of data in the radar imaging process. Background technique [0002] Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a radar with high-resolution imaging effects. Compared with traditional radar, SAR has the advantages of being able to penetrate obstacles all-weather and all-weather. It plays an important role in environmental detection, terrain reconnaissance, target recognition and other fields. SAR is mainly carried on three working platforms, which are airborne, space-borne, and bomb-borne. Focused SAR images can be obtained by algorithmic processing of echo signals. The previous SAR imaging system is not only complicated in structure and high in manufacturing cost, but also has relatively large weight and volume. Nowadays, with the rapid development of foreign unmanned aerial vehicles and li...
