The invention provides an overall optimization method for energy consumption of a water-flooding oilfield injection-production system. The overall optimization method for energy consumption of the water-flooding oilfield injection-production system comprises the steps that 1, determining optimization model decision variables 2, determining an optimization model objective function; 3, determining constraint conditions of the optimization model; and 4, solving the optimization model by adopting a particle swarm algorithm in combination with numerical simulation. An oil reservoir system is used as a hub; energy consumption of water injection, oil deposit and lifting systems is comprehensively considered; related parameters are obtained by means of numerical simulation, an injection-productionsystem overall optimization model is established, an oil reservoir injection-production scheme is optimized, the total energy consumption of the injection-production system is optimized on the wholeunder the condition that the oil reservoir scheme is met, further energy conservation and consumption reduction under the condition that the oil reservoir scheme is met are achieved, and a new methodis provided for energy conservation and consumption reduction of an oil field.
